Process

The WaxJet 510 3D printing process starts with creating intricate CAD designs and importing them into the WaxJet Print software, where models are efficiently arranged using the one-click layout feature. The printer then uses high-tenacity wax material to produce detailed and smooth wax molds with faster build times and higher resolution. After printing, the molds are inspected, used for K-Gold casting, and routine maintenance is scheduled via the software.
