Enhanced Precision for Industrial Applications

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series leverages Hyper FFF® technology to deliver precise and reliable high-speed printing. The Hyper Speed technology features a high-flowrate hot end and an active vibration reduction algorithm, allowing standard print speeds of 300 mm/s. Equipped with a closed-loop stepper motor in the transmission system, the Pro3 HS Series enhances extruder movement control to achieve accurate high-speed printing without missing steps. The new build plate provides uniform magnetic adhesion, reducing model warping. Additionally, optimized couplings improve motion stability, and the robust all-metal frame ensures smooth movement and precise positioning, resulting in superior print quality.

Maximize Production Efficiency with Minimal Manual Intervention

The Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is designed to enhance production efficiency with its auto filament switching feature, ensuring uninterrupted printing operations. Capable of utilizing two 2.5 kg filament spools, the system can continuously print with up to 5 kg of material. The newly integrated RFID filament sensor identifies the filament and verifies parameters to prevent incorrect material usage, further boosting production efficiency and reducing the need for manual intervention.

Process

Raise3D has its own dedicated slicing software called Raise3D Ideamaker for their 3D Printer that can be used to prepare the printing job seamlessly.

Prepare
Import your STL or OBJ file of your design and Prepare it using Raise3D Ideamaker software.
