PA12 CF+

Raise3D Industrial PA12 CF+ is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament based on Polyamide 612 (PA612, Nylon 612). PA612 inherits the best characteristics of both PA6 and PA12, such as toughness and reduced water absorption. PPA CF

Raise3D Industrial PPA CF Filament is carbon fiber reinforced composite filament material based on PPA (polyphthalamide or high-performance/high-temperature Nylon). Thanks to its high performance Nylon matrix, this composite filament has superior mechanical and thermal properties than other Nylon filaments. With well controlled dispersion and length-distribution of chopped carbon fibers (15 wt.%), the PPA CF has lower density, lower moisture absorption, high strength and rigidity, high wear and creep resistance, excellent chemical and heat resistance.  It is promising for end-use applications in automotive, aerospace, electrical and electronics (E&E) industry.

PET CF

PET CF is a carbon fiber-reinforced composite filament based on PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). Well-dispersed 15wt% carbon fibers enhance the rigidity, strength, heat and chemical resistance of the PET matrix. After annealing, PET CF stabilizes its heat resistance at around 150ºC and tensile modulus and strength of over 6 GPa and 80 MPa respectively. Compared to carbon fiber-reinforced Nylon filament, the high printability, dimensional stability, high creep resistance and low moisture absorption makes PET CF an ideal choice for reliable carbon fiber composite printing for strong and cost-effective end-use applications, such as jigs. fixtures, functional parts.

PPA GF

PPA GF is a glass fiber reinforced composite filament material based on PPA (polyphthalamide or high-performance/high-temperature Nylon). PPA is distinguished from aliphatic polyamides (e.g.PA6) by higher melting point, glass transition temperatures (Tg), lower moisture absorption, and greater dimensional stability. The incorporation of short glass fibers (15wt.%) further improves upon the properties of PPA matrix, which makes PPA GF printed parts promising for end-use applications in automotive, aerospace, electrical and electronics (E&E) industry.

PET GF

PET GF is a glass fiber-reinforced composite filament based on PET (Polyethylene terephthalate). After annealing, PET GF stabilizes its heat resistance at around 120 ℃, with tensile modulus and strength of over 4.1 GPa and 70 MPa respectively. Compared to glass fiber-reinforced Nylon filament, the high printability, dimensional stability, high creep resistance, and low moisture absorption makes PET GF an ideal choice for reliable glass fiber composite printing for strong and cost-effective end-use applications, such as jigs & fixture and functional parts. PC (Polycarbonate)

PC (Polycarbonate) is a strong thermoplastic 3D printing filament that characterized by its excellent impact resistance, high stiffness, heat resistance, and flame retardant properties.
